Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management and SAP Master Data specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing orders and billing, supporting our Customer Service and Supply Chain teams, and ensuring the smooth flow of all supply chain processes. This role will also support sales reporting activities.

You will serve as the main contact person and Key User for our SAP master data to ensure that data is set up correctly and stays up to date. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Customers, and Suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set-up and maintain all SAP related Master Data (Suppliers, Materials, Customers).
  • Process customer orders, align desired customer delivery dates with production planning, and give direct feedback to customers (order confirmations etc.).
  • Coordination of forwarders and shipping to the customer.
  • Create and send invoices to customers. 
  • Support Finance and Purchasing in gathering all required data from our suppliers and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, logistics, customer service, purchasing, or related supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP (minimum 3 years) or other ERP systems is required. 
  • Experienced in MS365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
